1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement if:
- You received a damaged product
- You received a wrong item
- The product has a manufacturing defect
Conditions:
- Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- Product must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact
- Proper unboxing video or images may be required as proof
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)
- Products without original packaging
- Items purchased under clearance or sale (unless defective)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Product images/video
- Reason for return
Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days
If approved:
- Pickup will be arranged (if available), or
- You may be asked to ship the product to us
4. Replacement Policy
- Replacement is provided for damaged/defective/wrong items
- Subject to product availability
- If replacement is not available, refund will be issued
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed in the following cases:
- Returned product approved after inspection
- Order cancelled before dispatch
- Replacement not available
Refund Method:
- Prepaid Orders: Refund to original payment method
- COD Orders: Refund via bank transfer or UPI
Timeline:
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
- Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
7. Shipping Charges
- Free return pickup for damaged/wrong products
- Shipping charges are non-refundable in other cases
