Will the final product look exactly like the photos?
Since all our products are handmade using natural materials, slight variations in texture, color, and pattern may occur. However, we always ensure the final product stays very close to the design shown in the photos.
Do you share progress photos/videos while making the product?
Yes, absolutely. For custom orders, we can share work-in-progress photos or videos during the production process so you can see how your piece is being crafted.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes, installment payments are available for selected custom or high-value orders. Usually, we take an advance payment to begin production and the remaining amount before shipping.
Are your products handmade?
Yes. Every piece is handcrafted with attention to detail by skilled artisans, making each product unique.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Custom orders cannot usually be canceled once production has started. However, if you need changes, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
What if my product arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package and product. We’ll work on a replacement or suitable solution.
